MicroSlide

The VITROS^® XT 7600 MicroSlide technology is at the heart of our approach to clinical chemistry, and has been delivering quality results for world class assays. The MicroSlide processing center is where Ortho’s innovative and patented MicroSlide technology testing is performed. No reagent preparation, reconstitution, or mixing required, and no liquid waste.

MicroTip

MicroTip Processing provides special chemistry menu offerings and user-defined assays without the cost, maintenance, carryover, and containment risks associated with traditional water-based systems. Single-use tips and cuvettes eliminate carryover, probe maintenance, water, plumbing, and drains and reduce maintenance.

MicroWell

Our MicroWell and proprietary Enhanced Chemiluminescence technology provides excellent assay performance across a broad menu of assays, including cardiac, thyroid, oncology and infectious disease. MicroWell Reagent Metering Subsystem uses single-use VersaTips, eliminating carryover and the need to wash a fixed probe, speeding up test processing and reducing the amount of overall Universal Wash Reagent required. It also Minimizes unnecessary dilutions, repeats and redraws. Finally, MicroWell size minimizes waste and allows for small sample volumes.
